Your use of the TTD mobile application (“App”) or website constitutes Your consent to the collection, retention, and use of Your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2 This Privacy Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. It does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature and serves as a legally binding contract between You and TTD.

1.4 TTD does not rent or sell User information to third parties. While we maintain high security standards, the transmission of data over the Internet or networks is not completely secure. TTD cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted online.
1.5 By using the Platform, You grant TTD and its group companies consent to use Your registered profile name, picture, winnings, and related details (“Profile Information”) for promotional and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.
1.6 You grant TTD an exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and modify Your Profile Information.
1.7 You warrant that Your Profile Information does not violate any third-party rights and agree to indemnify TTD for any claims arising from such use.
1.8 You grant TTD perpetual rights to publish, reproduce, and use Your Profile Information for legitimate business purposes.
1.9 By using the Platform, You waive any future claims regarding TTD’s use of Your Profile Information.
1.10 Access to the App is conditional upon Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use (“Agreement”).

10. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA REMOVAL
You can delete your account at any time from the TTD Pro mobile application via: Hamburger Menu → Profile → More Options → Delete Account.
For issues with account deletion or data removal, contact support@ttdindia.com.
Account deletion requests are confirmed within 12 hours and completed within 15 days.
Once deleted, accounts and related data cannot be recovered.
